Voltaic Backpack

That’s nice… a backpack that produce energy enought to charge a phone, MP3player and laptop. Now it’s how they say “built tough for use as a weekend hike bag or as a large daypack”, becouse I don’t think that there are many people spending so much time in the open-air during their everyday life. But i think that solar system will improve a lot, and maybe if an handpack like this will produce anergy enought could convince people go working by bicycle… sport, energy, open-air, what’s better?

SOlo _ Solar-Powered Lounge Table

This is a coffeè table that work as a solar panel… so… you can stay working outside, in the open-air, drinking a cup of tea, and working with your labtop becouse the table produce enargy enought for it.

Now…someone has to explain me HOW not to BURN myself and my labtop, using it.

E tu chi sei?

This video shows the play reading of the book “E tu chi sei?” (who are you?) by Paolo Cossi e Sara Colautti. The Orchestra Cortile follow the reading plaing music. Valcucine - Fuorisalone2008

This video show how Valcucine let visitors test the glass strength. For the Fuorisalone2008 they transformed a test invented by the “controllo qualità e sicurezza” (quality and safety check office) to check the real quality of the material in a sort of game for people visit the area.

iPod+Nike… iWay

Last week I ricived an e-mail form Apple showing a new product made by the collaboration between Apple and Nike. The project is based on a different use of the I-pod, you can use it connected with nike sensor, so you can run listenig music, take data of your path, your heart-beat, time…

Now I would like to show you a project that Riccardo Perello and me have made in 2004.
For the course of “design du produit” (product design) at Strate College we had to choose two brands (better if from different area) and think about a (five years)product that could born from the aim of the two.

The name of our project was iWay, because it was a new generation iPod think for runner. The shape was the ipotetical result of the aim of the two brand.
